We've been using Scott Overhead Door for our garage door needs now for several years and are extremely satisfied with their service and product. We have a non-standard garage door that a previous company had fitted with an incorrect spring -- Scott came out and measured the door, weighed the door, and was able to replace with a custom spring the next day. When our 20 year old garage door opener finally gave out, we called Scott. Johnny reviewed the unique layout of the tight space came up with a solution that took into account the bedroom above the garage (and corresponding noise concerns) as well as making sure that corners were not going to be cut and the opener would be installed correctly and function well for years to come. Scott Overhead Door is very prompt on answering and returning calls, and Johnny and all the technicians have been very professional and polite. They stand behind their work and it is a good feeling knowing you've got a team working to get the job done and done well. Highly recommended if you have overhead door needs!

The representative was very kind, patient, and informative. The prices that were shared during our conversation were reasonable and better than other garage business. On the day of my appointment, Johnny was on time. Johnny took his time to evaluate my garage and thoroughly explain to me what needed to be repaired during his visit. Johnny took pictures during the time he was inspecting my garage. Johnny worked quickly and efficiently. Then, he took time after he repaired my garage to show me what he fixed and to demonstrate that my garage was working.
