Called Scott's shortly after they opened on a Monday because a garage door spring broke Sunday evening. Michelle gave me time frames when a tech could come out. Johnny came out and was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. In addition to replacing the springs, the rollers needed to be replaced also. Johnny gave me quotes with and without the rollers. Johnny wasn't pushy at all. Kudos to Johnny, Michelle, and the Scott Overhead door company. This job was completed in Mokena, IL.
